Job responsibilities
As a Quality and Resilience Manager at City Network you will be part of the team responsible for upholding certificates within the range of standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 22301. With that, you will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining the following processes within the Company:
- ITIL framework (Incident, Change & Problem)
- Internal Audits
- External Audits
- Deviations
- Risk analysis in general but also specific analysis (Pestle / SWOT / Business Impact Analysis)
- ISO 33052 & ISO 33072 (Process management)
Your daily tasks will include working closely with many colleagues both within City Network and our owner Iver AB. We are a diverse company with more than 15 nationalities, remote teams, and a friendly atmosphere and way-of-working. You will need to adapt to, and embrace, differences with all your heart.
Required skills & qualifications
- Excellent social skills and a team player
- Long experience working with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Excellent skill to structure data
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Written and spoken Swedish skills preferred
- Proven ability to fulfil and follow-up on objectives and tasks

- Cloud Computing
- European laws and regulations such as C5, PCI, SOC, Basel II/III, Solvens II/III, GDPR.
